Journey So far

We started off as an HR Consulting Firm for IT Companies under the name Offer Letter. By delivering promising services and with consistent collaborations with IT firms of multiple tiers, we grew and marked our presence as a consulting firm. The unparalleled quality of our work facilitated in establishing professional associations with many organizations including MNCs, who were struggling to find right associations to get better staffing services. Considering the market demand for the service, we launched Staffing Services, adding a pool of developers to our rolls.

As we advanced we found three major areas where Human Resource Management in the IT segment is facing significant challenges. The primary challenge is the difficulty in finding befitting talents for the requirements. The alarming rate of attrition is another issue. Handling both these coherently while keeping the employee productivity optimized is very difficult for the HR Departments. This is especially difficult for organizations with growing number of employees.

We took this challenge as an opportunity to extend our contribution to the organizations, struggling with these issues. We re-branded our Company as AIQO, with emphasis on Developing AI based HR solutions.

India Operations

The operations of AIQO India is carried out by our accomplished development team, who consistently works in tandem with the UK technical team, which provides the leadership in product development. We offer our AI based solutions for our corporate clients globally from India. The precision and effectiveness of our products, especially Sphere, Aptor, and Atlas comes from the exceptional skills and strengths of our team in different technological domains, which is essentially a matter of pride fo us.
